Polyurethane kitchens incorporate 40mm Quartz Stone benchtops and colourback glass splashbacks. Lavish bathrooms have full height white tiles with a natural slate floor and custom-made vanities

Sanctum’s interiors provide plentiful storage including linen and storage cupboards, kitchen pantries and robes in every bedroom. An integrated media area is also incorporated into each three bedroom apartment.
Facilities
On the practical side Sanctum is serviced by a commercial grade lift, video intercom system and security parking, with every apartment enjoying two parking spaces and a lockable basement storage area.
