Sanctum’s solid timber floors flow beyond its interiors to huge external timber decks, making it hard to distinguish exactly where the indoors end and the outdoors begin.
Inside-out
The private northerly decks are bordered by a mix of planter boxes, glass balustrades, louvers and screens. With full-height sliding and stacking doors that open right up; these areas act as an extension of Sanctum’s stylish interiors. The inclusion of a gas BBQ point, weatherproof power point and water tap to these external areas make them perfect for entertaining.
Private gardens
Each ground-level apartment is cocooned within its own private garden; incorporating a fully landscaped north or north-easterly garden area, on title.
